With the birth of our son Markus, we began to exclusively eat biologically and regionally in our private lives. From this conviction that a biological diet is much more than just healthy for individual people, we took the step and switched the breakfast in the hotel to 100% organic.
In our BIO DELIGHT KITCHEN, we conjure up daily regional delicacies for our guests. And if you now ask whether the switch to organic foods brings about an economic boom, I must disappoint you. It is the unbridled passion to do everything possible to pass on a livable planet to the next generations.
The young savages
Markus Antonio is studying in Vienna and is currently training to become a photographer. Paul Georg is studying medicine at the Medical University of Vienna. Romy Carla is in her final year at the tourism school in Klessheim. The three are a team and we are curious if anyone will stay in tourism.
